MEDITATE ON THE WORD

LINK

THE LIGHT OF GRACE NO COPYRIGHT

Meditate/reflect on the Word that became flesh and took up residence among us.

If we do not constantly fill ourselves with the Word of God, we will die spiritually. Today there are many words that affect people. What do you hear and see?

The Word became flesh/living, is Jesus alive in you?

Psalm 145:1-21 Throughout life, as Christians and non-Christians, we all experience things that hurt, take away our joy, or affect our faith and trust in God.

THE QUESTION FOR EACH OF US IS HOW WE DEAL WITH IT AND MOVE ON.

King David discovered that the secret to getting through difficulties was to turn his gaze towards God and praise Him, when he did so, he discovered that the focus changed from thoughts of defeat to thoughts of God.

PRAISE LOOSES CHAINS, PRAISE PAYS A WAY.

We sing that in one of the old choirs, and it is true that if we turn our gaze and thoughts to Christ in praise and thanksgiving, our view of circumstances changes and paves the way for God’s intervention.
Try it

THE LORD IS GREAT AND WORTHY OF PRAISE. HIS GREATNESS EXCEEDS ALL UNDERSTANDING. YOUR WONDERS ARE PRAISED AND YOUR VICTORIES ARE TOLD FROM GENERACY TO GENERACY. IT INSPIRES ME TO MEDITATE ON YOUR WONDERS.

THE LORD IS GRACEFUL AND MERCIFUL. HE IS PATIENT AND LOVES US WITH AN UNFORTUNATE LOVE. HE IS GOOD TO ALL AND SHOWS COMPASSION WITH HIS CREATIONS THE LORD RAISES THE FALLEN AND SUPPORTS THE ONE WHO SLOWS UNDER THE BURDEN. HE COMES TO HELP EVERYONE WHO SINCERELY CALL ON HIM

The times we live in are stressful and filled with changes and work tasks that easily take up our time.

We know this, and also try to find time for Bible reading and meditating on the Word, and for many it can be a daily struggle.

Our minds are bombarded with thoughts and things that we then deal with instead.

Reading and meditating on the Word gives us a renewed desire to listen to God, and we will again and again experience that the Word comes alive for us, in the midst of the situation we are in.

It brings encouragement and strengthens us in faith, and we experience God's presence when we find the Bible

May God give us a thirst to read the Word, not out of a bitter duty, but because there is so much God wants to speak to us through his LIVING WORD.

Many are filled with all the thoughts of the world, live in great confusion why? Because they did not fill themselves with the Word of God, they did not meditate/ponder on the Word of God, which is a lamp to our feet. God does not want peace, stress or confusion. He is the God of peace and joy. Be filled with the Word of God.

Many have music or something running in the background, what is running in your background? You can just let the Word of God run in the background, praise songs preach, the Word of the Bible.

You are what you hear and see.
Amen
