We are living in the last days, and the Bible teaches during this times the heart of many will become fearful. Fear is one of the most dangerous weapons the enemy uses against mankind. Today we will learn how to be free from fear.
2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
Fear therefore is an evil spirit and not a emotion. It is a demon that works with others spirits including shame, shyness, and cowardice.
Where does fear come from?
When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they opened the door for the spirit of fear to enter and rule their lives. When God wanted to see them
Genesis 3:10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.
Since then, we have been attacking by some type of fear.
What is the effect of fear?
Luke 21:26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.
Physical punishment
Fear causes oppression, nightmares, spiritual coldness, loss of desire to seek the presence of God and spiritual stagnancy.
Block the flow of the supernatural
Fear is a barrier that prevents God’s supernatural power of healing, miracles,signs , wonders and deliverance to manifest in a person's life.
Paralysis faith
We can not be afraid and faith at same time. When fear comes, faith leaves. Fear makes us think, believe and live incorrectly, but faith makes us think, believe and live correctly.
Makes us see things that aren’t real
Matthew 14:26 When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear.
Fear will disort our imagination making us see things that aren’t real.
Causes all types of torments to come to our life.
Job 3:25 What I feared has come upon me, what I dreaded has happened to me.
What we fear we will attract to ourselves. If we fear accidents, we will attract accidents.
Making us constantly worry that we will lose something
Fearful people always worry about something because fear keeps us from trusting God.
Can the power of God’s perfect love cast out fear?

The oldest enemy of love is fear. Any area we are afraid is an area where God’s love is not allowed to fully mature. When people experience the love of God, fear no longer controls them because the love of God has the power to cast out fear.
Steps to be free from fear
Repent before God for opening the door of fear
Renounce every spirit of fear and cast is out of your life
By faith receive the love of God into your heart to replace fear.
