Apostle 3:2 says, "And a certain man, lame from his mother's womb, was carried, as they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which is called beautiful, to ask alms of those who entered the temple. "It is strange to see that the gate of the temple where the lame and beggar sat every day was beautiful, but it could not make his life beautiful. He came there every morning ugly and he went there every night ugly. Although this man sat at the beautiful gate every day, his life still remained lame and ugly for many years.
But when Peter and John came through with the most beautiful and powerful name Jesus, his life was made beautiful inside and out. In the beautiful and powerful name of Jesus, the paralytic and the beggar were healed, he stood, walked and entered the temple with Peter and John - walking, leaping and praising God (John 3:8). The family, city and country you live in may be very beautiful, but your life is still ugly.
The company you work for, the house you live in, the clothes you wear, the car you drive, the people around you, the money you have, even the church you attend may be very beautiful, but your life is still ugly. Nothing and no one can give you the beauty that Jesus gives. Only the most beautiful and powerful name of Jesus can give you the full beauty of spirit, soul and body that no one and nothing else can give you.
I pray for you today that the Lord Jesus will color your life by giving you the beauty that only He can give. If you still do not have Jesus in your life, I encourage you to give your life completely to Him, invite Him into your life and make Him your personal Lord and Savior so that He can give you the beauty that nothing and no one others can give you.
